Triceratops

Triceratops were a plant eating dinosaur that had three horns and walked on four legs.

• An adult Triceratops was 25 feet long and 9 feet tall and weighed as much as an elephant! 

• They lived together in herds or groups.

• Triceratops laid eggs.

• Fossils of Triceratops are commonly found in western North America.
