How Do Earth And Its Moon Move?

The MoonThe Earth is tilted on its axis. This tilt and revolution around the sun give us seasons (winter, summer, autumn, spring). The tilt means at certain times of the year, certain parts of the Earth are closer to the sun then others. At any given time of the year the half of the Earth that is closer to the sun receives more energy thus giving it a different season then the half that is tilted away from the sun. The tilt gives the northern hemisphere of the earth different seasons then the southern hemisphere. So if it is summer in New York it is winter in South Africa.
